FedEx Express announced last week it has signed an agreement with Guangdong Airport Authority Logistics Company to expand and upgrade the FedEx Guangzhou Gateway by establishing a new operations center at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. DHL Express Germany last week held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 11,000-sqm facility at Munich Airport (MUC) as it looks to expand amidst growing shipment volumes at the Munich gateway.
