The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) has voiced its total opposition to the US requirement for all containers imported into the US to be scanned by 2012. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, part of the Air France/KLM Group, has placed an order for additional Boeing 737 and 777 aircraft. The airline will add three Next-Generation B737-700s and two B777-300ERs (Extended Range) to its fleet. KLM also took options on one additional B737 and two additional B777s.
