Singapore Airport Terminal Services(SATS), the subsidiary of SingaporeAirlines, said that it, together with itsChinese partner Capital Airports Holding(CAH), will expand its ground-handlingbusinesses to cover eight otherChinese airports. Dubai-based new cargo operator, Liwa Air, which started service toAfghanistan last year with one AN-74 and two TU-204Cs, has expandedits services throughout the Arabian Peninsula.
