Chapman Freeborn is welcoming back Allen Liu with a new role as cargo director for North Asia as it looks to support its growth strategy and the increasing demand in the region. Chapman Freeborn Airchartering and Ruslan International have completed an assignment to Armenia to deliver broadcasting equipment from Tianjin in China to Armenia’s capital city, Yerevan.
