GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) along with other ventures have agreed to a purchase/leaseback (PLB) arrangement for 14 Airbus narrowbody aircraft with Indian budget airline IndiGo. ABC delivers Moscow museum artworks to Hong Kong
AirBridgeCargo Airlines (АВС) delivered over 200 museum exhibits onboard its regular Boeing 747-8F flights from Moscow to Hong Kong, in cooperation with ART-Сourier. Airbus names new Southeast Asia head
Airbus has named Chris Drewer as senior vice president for Airbus commercial aircraft in Southeast Asia. Drewer joined Airbus in November 2020 from GE Aviation. He will be based in Singapore, and cover all commercial affairs in the region, including airlines in Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. IndiGo to add A321 freighters in its fleet
Building on previous success of its cargo business, IndiGo announced a freighter programme and is in the process of sourcing four A321ceo aircraft for cargo conversion. “A letter of intent has been signed with a lessor for two aircraft already, and IndiGo expects to reach agreement for the next two shortly. New airport traffic rankings showed the dramatic impact of Covid-19 on different economies.
