Taiwanese carriers reported a combined volume of 233,523 tonnes for the month, representing a 35 percent jump year-on-year. China Airlines has launched an ultra-low temperature delivery service down to the -80°C range as it aims to support the Covid-19 vaccine rollout as one of the top cargo airlines in the world. China Airlines adds new route to U.S.
A new route to the United States has been added by China Airlines. The TPE-ONT (Taoyuan to Ontario in California) route that the market has long been waiting for was officially commissioned. China Airlines will operate Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the route with seven flights a week. The new regular service will be the first direct flight from Asia to Ontario CA.
