Emirates predicts cargo recovery starting from 3Q
Despite the precipitous declines of the past few months, Emirates SkyCargo is predicting a recovery in cargo volumes in the last quarter of 2009. "The dramatic fall was in November and December," said Emirates SkyCargo senior vice president Ram Menen. Emirates takes delivery of first B777 Freighter
Emirates SkyCargo has taken delivery of its first Boeing 777 Freighter, making it the second carrier to begin operating the newest generation freighter on the market, after Air France-KLM Cargo took delivery of its first in late February.
