Deutsche Bahn signs agreement to sell logistics subsidiary DB Schenker to DSV
The Management Board of Deutsche Bahn AG signed an agreement on 13 September 2024 for the sale of its logistics subsidiary DB Schenker to the Danish transport and logistics group DSV for an enterprise value (EV) of EUR 14.3 billion. Including expected interest income until completion, the total sales value amounts to EUR 14.8 billion. Brussels Airport's growth trend in passenger traffic continued in August, with over 2.4 million passengers travelling through the airport (+7% vs. 2023). This figure is comparable to that for July.
