Ethiopian Airlines Group was honoured for its cargo performance in 2020 at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN). The Logistics of Guangdong Airport Authority handed the award during the 2021 client seminar held in Guangzhou. Last year, the airline loaded cargo on 1,622 flights. China’s lastest cargo carrier gets green light
Guangzhou-based China Air Cargo has provisionally secured its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). The CAAC announced its decision on 7 November saying that once all formalities are completed, the cargo carrier will be able to operate domestic Chinese (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) as well as international cargo flights. MAB Kargo launches twice weekly Guangzhou service with A330F
MAB Kargo is strengthening its footprint in the East of China with the launch of new freighter service to Guangzhou (CAN) from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) as part of its extensive routes in the East China region. Green light for new Chinese cargo carrier Longhao Air
The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has granted initial approval for the launch of Longhao Air, a new private carrier being financed by local company, Guangdong Longhao Group. Guangzhou sees strong cargo growth in Feb
Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) reported a 28.2 per cent year-on-year growth in cargo volume in February. The airport handled up to 93,982 tonnes of cargo and mail in the month, jumping 28.2 per cent over a year earlier. Some 4.7 million passengers traveled through the airport in Feburary, up 3.3 per cent year-on-year.
