The latest international scheduled traffic statistics from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) show that in the month of December global international cargo traffic plummeted by 22.6 per cent compared to December 2007. Asia Air Cargo Dives 11 Per cent
Freight traffic for Asian airlines plunged 11 per cent in October, the steepest decline for the carriers since 2001 and a worrying signal that the downturn is worsening.
