HAECO Hong Kong has signed a long-term agreement to provide component maintenance support for Russian carrier Aeroflot. The scope of the new agreement will cover component repair and overhaul, as well as loan and exchange services for Aeroflot’s commercial aircraft fleet, including its Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330 and A350; Boeing 737 and 777; and Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft. HAECO has appointed Klaus-Peter Leinauer as vice president of the group’s new commercial division for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. ST Engineering this week announced two new engine MRO contracts with airlines, underscoring its value proposition of providing flexible solutions to its airline partners.
