MRO services provider HAECO has completed its first A330F 'C' check for Air Hong Kong. A 'C' check is a high-level inspection of specified areas, components and systems, as well as operational or functional checks. It normally removes the airplane from the revenue schedule for 3 to 5 days, Payload Asia learned. The aircraft is one of five A330s that Air Hong Kong has, which it operates for DHL Express. Boeing eyes Latin America for B737 freighter conversions
Boeing has announced a new partnership with MRO provider COOPESA (Cooperativa Autogestionaria de Servicios Aeroindustriales) to add more freighter conversion capacity for the 737-800 in Latin America over the next few years.
