Swissport International has announced it is selling its passenger handling operations in Germany to Aviation Handling Services GmbH for an undisclosed amount. The sale, which will be formally concluded on 1 June, does not include the cargo handling activities of Swissport Deutschland GmbH, it added in a statement.
