Vietjet and Rolls-Royce have signed an agreement to provide Trent 700 engines and engine services for the airline’s incoming widebody fleet with a total value of approximately US$400 million during the Prime Minister’s attendance at COP26, the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties, in the United Kingdom. Luxury retail group to launch Vietnam’s first cargo airline
Vietnam may see its first dedicated cargo airline by next year as luxury retailer Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG) submitted its proposal to the country’s civil aviation authority (CAAV) to establish an airline dedicated to freight transport.
