transport logistic Southeast Asia and air cargo Southeast Asia 2025 (tlacSEA 2025) unites regional logistics leaders to drive innovation, resilience and sustainable growth

November 26, 2025 by PLA Editor

transport logistic Southeast Asia and air cargo Southeast Asia (tlacSEA) 2025 concluded successfully from October 29 to 31, 2025, at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore, attracting more than 8,100 participants from 92 countries. The strong turnout, which included senior executives, C-suite leaders, policymakers, and technology innovators, underscores Southeast Asia’s growing position as a strategically significant global logistics hub.

The exhibition featured 120 exhibitors from 27 countries, including official country pavilions from Singapore, Germany, China, and Taiwan. Exhibitors showcased end-to-end multimodal logistics capabilities across air, sea, and land, as well as port infrastructure, warehousing, automation, digitalisation, sustainability solutions, and cross-border trade technologies—reinforcing the region’s shift toward resilient and future-ready supply chain ecosystems.

As part of the broader event, air cargo Southeast Asia (acSEA) brought together major international and regional cargo airlines, ground handlers, and technology leaders—including Cathay Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo, Etihad Cargo, MAB Kargo, Vietjet Cargo, and United Cargo—offering delegates a single platform to explore the latest developments shaping the global airfreight market.

“Building on the strong foundations of our inaugural edition, tlacSEA 2025 has demonstrated not only continued momentum in Southeast Asia’s logistics sector but also the region’s shared ambition to drive innovation, sustainability, and cross-border collaboration. This year’s response reinforces Southeast Asia’s role as a strategic global hub and validates our long-term commitment to expanding the transport logistics cluster in this region,” said Michael Wilton, CEO & Managing Director of Messe München International Asia Pte Ltd.

“tlacSEA 2025 was exceptionally well organised, bringing together industry leaders, innovative solutions, and meaningful discussions under one roof. Compliments to the organisers for ensuring seamless coordination and a world-class experience throughout,” said Balakrishnan Raghavan, Regional Manager, ECS Group.

The tlacSEA 2025 conference program delivered strategic and operational value through 76 sessions across three stages, covering multimodal logistics, regional market outlooks, technology adoption, ESG-driven transformation, and specialised cargo solutions. Highlights included:

  • Country & regional focus sessions across Southeast Asia, India, and Europe, addressing regulatory shifts, trade corridors, infrastructure development, and foreign investment.
  • Digital transformation & technology showcases featuring AI-enabled logistics, automation, robotics, IoT-driven visibility, data interoperability, platform connectivity, SaaS optimisation, and cyber-secure digital trade.
  • Sustainability & decarbonization discussions with port authorities, shipping lines, energy transition experts, and policy leaders, addressing green fuels, low-carbon freight models, green corridor pilots, and carbon-measurement standards.
  • Project & heavy-lift cargo deep dives tackling risk management, infrastructure bottlenecks, engineering innovation, and regional project pipeline activity.

Solutions and case studies across ocean freight, 3PL, trucking, warehousing, logistics parks, ports and terminals, maritime technology, freight forwarding, digital platforms, and emerging logistics tech were featured by leading companies, including Siemens, Belli, Airwallex, ACL Airshop BV, Yojee, and more.
