Garuda Indonesia has placed an order with Airbus for 14 new A330neo aircraft.The deal was signed at a ceremony in London in the presence of Indonesia’s President, Joko Widodo, and the UK’s Prime Minister, David Cameron. Garuda currently operates nine A330-200s and 15 A330-300s, and the latest order will see it take delivery of 14 A330-900neo aircraft – the larger version of the A330neo series. PACAVI Group chief executive Stephan Hollmann reported on the progress of the company’s first-to-market Airbus A320/A321 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion programme today, confirming first orders for the PACAVI Freighter LITE. ABC strengthens its quality service level with Cargo iQ cert
AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) has been issued with a Cargo iQ certificate after it successfully passed the audit procedures for compliance with the International Air Transport Association’s Cargo iQ quality standards. Dachser recorded a 9.2 per cent increase in its Asia Pacific revenues to €367 million for 2015, compared to the year before. Panalpina preserves profitability in Q1
International freight forwarding and logistics company Panalpina preserved profitability in the first quarter of 2016 despite the continued contraction of the global oil and gas business.
