Starting this month of June, Changi Airport will see a 60 percent increase in services connecting to South Korea as three new airlines commence their operations. DHL Global Forwarding held a groundbreaking ceremony on 30 May for its planned 4,880-sqm facility at Brisbane Airport. Vienna Airport, Lufthansa team up on pharma shipments
As part of a cooperation, Vienna Airport will now handle all pharma shipments transported by Austrian Airlines for Lufthansa Cargo at its GDP-certified pharma handling center or VPHC. The airport said the cooperation further establishes Austria’s international airport as a strong pharma hub for central and eastern Europe. Incheon International Airport moved up a notch to become the second busiest cargo airport in 2021, according to airport trade body Airports Council International (ACI) World.
