Hong Kong’s cargo volume up double digits in April
Press release Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) released Hong Kong International Airport’s (HKIA) traffic statistics for April 2021. During the month, cargo throughput saw a year-on-year increase of 15.5 percent to 389,000 tonnes. HKIA handled 60,000 passengers and 10,375 flights, marking year-on-year increases of 89.0 percent and 9.9 percent, respectively. IAI, Incheon Airport to establish B777P2F conversion facility
Israel Aerospace Industries' (IAI) Aviation Group has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Incheon International Airport and MRO services provider Sharp Technics K to establish a passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion site for the B777-ERSF (Big Twin) in South Korea.
