Changi Airport’s operating indicators for Q3 2024
Singapore Changi Airport handled 16.8 million passenger movements from July to September 2024, registering a year-on-year increase of 10.0%. This was 97.4% of the passenger movements recorded in the third quarter of 2019. Aircraft movements, including landings and take-offs, totalled 92,100 for the quarter, up 7.5% year-on-year. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) released the air traffic figures for Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) for September 2024. During the month, HKIA handled 4.06 million passengers and 29,595 flight movements, marking year-on-year increases of 22.4% and 22.3%, respectively.
