Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) – Hong Kong’s independent cargo handler – has scooped the “Air Cargo Handling Agent of the Year” award at the latest World Air Cargo Awards. The international service partner for outsourced ULD management will continue to manage and maintain the container fleet of the United Arab Emirates’ national airline during the next five years.
