The 34th Executive Council Meeting (ECM) of the Federation of Asia-Pacific Aircargo Associations (FAPAA), this year hosted by the Hongkong Association of Freight Forwarding & Logistics (HAFFA) has changed the venue in Hong Kong. The ECM will now take place in Hotel Nikko Hong Kong, located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Kazakhstan-based carrier Air Astana has leased a second A321 and last month took delivery of its second B767-300ER. Leisure cargo has changed ownership recently as its parent company LTU was taken over by Air-Berlin. This forms quite a strong group of long, medium and short haul airlines i.e. Air-Berlin, LTU, Niki, Belair and former dba with a widely spread network.
