GEODIS acquires US third-party logistics provider OHL
GEODIS, the European supply chain operator owned by French rail company SNCF, has sealed the deal to buy US-based third-party logistics provider Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL). Agility announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2015, reporting a net profit of KWD13.5 million (US$44.6 million), an increase of five per cent compared to the second quarter of 2014. DHL Global Forwarding has rolled out an integrated road freight network that now links five key Asian cities - Singapore, Penang, Bangkok, Hanoi and Shenzhen.
