ST Aerospace’s Guangzhou facility redelivers 50 aircraft to AirAsia
ST Aerospace, the Singapore-based leading aircraft maintenance and modification company, and Guangzhou Airport Authority, celebrated today 50 aircraft redeliveries from its Guangzhou airframe maintenance facility, to AirAsia. YTO Express looks to widebody freighters for int’l expansion

Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aero) has injected its pro rata share of US$24.5 million as additional capital into its Guangzhou-based airframe maintenance, repair and overhaul joint venture company, ST Aerospace (Guangzhou) Aviation Services Company Limited. IATA pessimistic on cargo growth this year
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has released a pessimistic view on air cargo growth saying, “it is shaping up to be another tough year for air cargo” pointing to the latest 2.0 per cent drop in volumes against a 6.9 per cent rise in capacity.
