Dili-based Timor Air and Brisbanebased Australian airline SkyAirWorld are to create Timor Air – a new national carrier for the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (East Timor). China’s aviation regulator is urging airlines to cap their fleet sizes as travel demand weakens amid the global economic slowdown, the Wall Street Journal reported.
