Asia Airfreight Terminal Co Ltd (AAT) announced today its tonnage throughput for June was down 4 percent to 52,863 tonnes, compared with the same month last year.Export cargo in June amounted to 36,171 tonnes, which was comparable to last year. Import cargo volume for June was 16,321 tonnes, down 12 per cent from 2007. VIETNAM: Vietnam Air reports healthy volumes

China Southern Airlines said it will cut the pay of its executives by 10 percent to help off set rising fuel prices. The Guangzhou-based airline, China's largest, said the move will help the airline in its plan to save US$191 million this year by cutting operating costs and infrastructure investments.
