Gulf Air to launch Kuwait-Istanbul services

Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which currently serves 38 destinations from Bahrain International Airport, has announced that it will run twice weekly services between Kuwait City and the Turkish city of Istanbul, starting from 2 October 2014. Air NZ places order for 14 A320s

Air New Zealand said Tuesday that it will consolidate its short-range fleet around Airbus aircraft saying it will buy 14 new Airbus A320 aircraft to replace its current domestic fleet of 15 Boeing 737-300 aircraft. New maintenance training center in Hyderabad

GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd., (GHIAL), has signed an agreement with aircraft engine manufacturer, CFM International (CFM), to establish a new CFM56 maintenance training center to support its customers in the South Asian region. PHILIPPINES: Cebu increases A320 orders

Philippines-based Cebu Pacific has increased its outstanding A320 orders to 15, with a new firm order for five aircraft. The new aircraft are scheduled for delivery from 2013 and will join an existing A319 and A320 fleet flying on the low cost carrier’s domestic and regional route network.
