Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) has declared a cash dividend of US$18.4 million to its two major shareholders, MacroAsia Corp. of the Lucio Tan Groupand Lufthansa Technik AG. Of the total dividend payout, MacroAsia, which owns 49 per cent of LTP, will get US$9 million while Lufthansa Technik AG will secure US$9.4 million for its 51 per cent stake in the joint venture firm. MAS to seal Indian MRO joint venture
Malaysia Airlines (MAS) will seal the agreement for a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) joint venture in Hyderabad, India, by end of this month, its chief executive officer and managing director Idris Jala said recently. Goodrich Corporation will deliver broad MRO services for Taiwan-based TransAsia Airways’ fleet of seven Airbus A320 family aircraft. Ameco Beijing sees revenue rise in 2008
Ameco Beijing said recently its operational revenue increased 17.5 per cent in 2008 from the previous year without releasing details. Ameco Beijing, a 60/40 joint venture of Air China and Lufthansa, said its revenue has increased at a double digit rate annually since 2002.
