Competition hurting Britain’s Royal Mail

Royal Mail blamed falling mail volumes, rising competition and higher pension fund costs for a 34 per cent drop in annual profit, but added its chief executive would collect 74 per cent of his performance related bonus. India post to expand air express service

Buoyed by the success of its maiden air cargo service to India’s northeastern states a couple of months ago, the Department of Posts (DoP) is now seeking government permission as well as funding to acquire or lease at least five more aircraft to expand its freighter service. DHL Global Mail opens new terminal in S’pore

DHL Global Mail, Deutsche Post World Net’s international mail division has opened a new domestic terminal in Singapore.
