MIDDLE EAST: Etihad to boost India flights

Etihad is looking to double its fl ights to Mumbai and New Delhi, and has singled out Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad as potential new destinations as India moves up the agenda in the airline’s expansion plans, Arabian- Business.com reported. SRI LANKA: SriLankan Cargo launches Jeddah flight

SriLankan Cargo has launched a twice weekly service to Jeddah. Perishable goods and construction-related cargo exporters in South Asia and the Far East now have access to a third Saudi Arabian city, with SriLankan Cargo starting theservice. INDIA: DHL to restructure India joint venture

DHL plans to restructure its joint venture with Lemuir Group in India, paving the way for it to hold the majority stake in the venture, the Economic Times reported. After the restructuring, DHL will hold a 76 percent stake in the new company, DHL Lemuir Logistics Private Ltd, while Lemuir will hold the balance 24 percent stake. INDIA: Jet Airways buys Air Sahara
