US, EU and Canada sign regulatory agreement
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has signed agreements with two international regulatory partners – the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Transport Canada (TC) – that allow the authorities to rely on each other's regulatory systems. SkyCargo establishes second Iran trade lane
Emirates SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates, is set to increase its cargo capacity to Iran, when Emirates begins its five daily non-stop A330-200 passenger flights to Mashhad, Iran from1 September 2015. Mashhad will become Emirates’ second Iranian destination after the capital city Tehran, which Emirates has been serving since March 1990.
