DSV buys Active Freight in Dubai
UK-based DSV Air & Sea Holding (part of the DSV Group) has acquired 100 percent of the shares of Active Freight Management LCC in Dubai,UAE. Active Freight Management LCC was DSV's current co-operation partner in Dubai prior to the acquisition. The company has a budgeted turnover of DKK 40 million in 2007 and has 12 employeesworking at the location in Dubai. The company will change its name to DSV Air & Sea LCC.
