Air Transport Services Group is extending its partnership with DHL Network Operations (USA) for its existing CMI agreement through ATSG subsidiaries Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM) and ABX Air. Amazon has snapped up a 20 percent stake in cargo airline operator and lessor Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), which operates part of the company’s air fleet. ATSG acquires P2F specialist PEMCO
Air Transport Services Group, Inc. said its subsidiary, Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc. (AMES), has acquired PEMCO World Air Services, Inc., a privately held provider of outsourced heavy maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) aircraft services and passenger-to-freighter aircraft conversions. Amazon set to take control of French delivery company
Amazon has yet again quietly moved to ramp up its steps into the transportation realm, this time in France where it is expected to shortly acquire a 75 per cent stake in the French package-delivery company Colis Privé, that it doesn’t already own.
