AirAsia Group said to be considering merging Thai, Indonesian units
Malaysia’s AirAsia Group is said to be considering merging its Thai and Indonesia AirAsia affiliates into one company which would then be listed on both the Thai and Malaysian stock exchanges. AirAsia X to return to Auckland from March
Kuala Lumpur-based, long-haul, low-cost carrier AirAsia X announced this week its return to New Zealand, launching daily flights to Auckland from Kuala Lumpur via Australia's Gold Coast beginning 22 March.
