Bad weather on Wednesday hampered efforts to recover the bodies of 54 passengers and crew killed when a plane operated by Indonesian carrier Trigana Air crashed in remote eastern Indonesia. National B747F crash from shifting cargo: NTSB

  A National Airlines B747-400 freighter that crashed seconds after takeoff from Bagram, Afghanistan, in April 2013, was likely caused by inadequate restraint of large military vehicles being carried onboard which broke loose and went through a bulkhead disabling two hydraulic systems and making the aircraft uncontrollable, according to a National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigation. Germanwings A320 crashes with 150 feared dead

  An A320 belonging to Lufthansa's Germanwings budget carrier has crashed in a remote snowy area of the French Alps on Tuesday with all 150 on board feared dead. Germanwings confirmed its flight 4U9525 from Barcelona to Duesseldorf crashed in the French Alps with 144 passengers and six crew members on board. TransAsia flight crashes in Taiwan river

TransAsia Airways flight GE235 crashed in Taipei a few minutes after it took off at 10:53 am local time Wednesday. Malaysia Airlines releases MH17 cargo manifest

Malaysia Airlines has released the cargo manifest and air waybill for its flight MH17, the B777-200 extended range aircraft that crashed in eastern Ukraine on 17 July. Malaysian aircraft likely brought down by missile

The Malaysia Airlines B777-200ER which crashed in eastern Ukraine on Thursday killing all 298 persons aboard was shot down by militants, according to a Ukrainian interior ministry official who was quoted by Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
