Aeroflot remains interested in acquiring a European airline such as CSA of the Czech Republic or Serbia's JAT, the Russian airline's CEO Valery Okulov said in an interview with La Tribune. Cargolux has announced that from 6 April, the company will start a weekly B747-400 freighter service to Miami, with continuation to Houston, before returning to Cargolux's home base in Luxembourg. Finmeccanica subsidiary Alenia Aeronautica, has successfully completed the "ultimate load testing" of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner horizontal stabiliser. The test was carried out at the Laboratory of Structural Tests at Alenia's Pomigliano plant in Naples in the presence of Boeing engineers.
