HONG KONG: AAT opens new Terminal 2

AAT last month celebrated the opening of its new Terminal 2 (T2) at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) at a ceremony offi ciated by the Secretary for Economic Development and Labour, Stephen Ip and the chief executive offi cer of Airport Authority Hong Kong, Stanley Hui. HONG KONG: GAC inks deal with LH Cargo

GAC Hong Kong has signed a oneyear capacity purchase agreement with Lufthansa Cargo for the movementof cargo between Hong Kong and Europe. HONG KONG: Slow volume growth in 1Q: HACTL

Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has reported a slow down in volume growth in the fi rst quarter, primarily a result of softening in demand in the US and other major export markets. Volume handled in the fi rst quarter was 576,877 tonnes, representing a mild increase of 0.1 percent against the same period last year. CHINA: NWA Cargo increases China service
