Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company (HAECO) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Cathay Pacific Airways to provide long-term Inventory Technical Management (ITM) services for the airline’s fleet of 10 new Boeing 747-8 Freighters, to be delivered between 2011 and 2013.
