FAA fines Neovia Logistics for hazmat violations
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a civil penalty of US$116,250 against Texas-based Neovia Logistics Services for allegedly violating hazardous materials regulations. The FAA alleges that on 11 July 2014, Neovia offered a package of six one-gallon containers of corrosive liquid to UPS for shipment by air. India’s state-run Airports Authority of India (AIA) announced that it will build cargo terminals at 24 airports, subject to feasibility studies. ‘First’ fire containment cover granted TSO by FAA
