ANA seeks clearance for cargo JV with United

Japan’s All Nippon Airways (ANA) has filed an application with the Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for antitrust immunity to enable ANA and United Airlines to create a more efficient and comprehensive trans-Pacific air cargo business network. Lufthansa, ANA confirm freight JV

All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Lufthansa Cargo AG will launch a strategic air cargo joint venture on routes between Japan and Europe and vice versa. This is the first worldwide cargo joint venture of its kind. Schenker sues carriers over cargo price fixing

Deutsche Bahn’s logistics subsidiary Schenker has filed a lawsuit against certain air cargo carriers operating in the US market, allegedly claiming damages for illegal fixing fuel and security surcharges for shipments from, to and within the US from 1999 until at least 2006. ANA backs out of Asian Wings stake

Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA) has dropped its plan to buy a 49 per cent stake in Myanmar airline, Asian Wings Airways, blaming "intensified'' competition in the country as it quickly emerges from years of economic isolation. ANA takes delivery of first B787-9 Dreamliner

Boeing and All Nippon Airways (ANA) have celebrated the delivery of the airline’s first B787-9 Dreamliner. ANA will become the world’s first airline to operate both the B787-8 and B787-9 variants of the Dreamliner family when the airline launches B787-9 services on domestic Japanese routes in August.
