Qantas to launch new route from Manila to Brisbane
Manila, 14 May 2024: Qantas has today announced it will launch a new route from Manila with direct flights to Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. Singapore and the Philippines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to upgrade and further liberalise international air services between both countries. The MOU was signed by Mr Yee Ping Yi, Singapore’s Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Mr Enrique Antonio J. Esquivel III, the Philippines’ Assistant Secretary for Aviation and Airports on 9 May 2024.
