AAR signs agreement with flyDubai
AAR has expanded its relationship with flydubai by signing a long-term contract to provide comprehensive flight-hour component support for its new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. The Dubai-based airline is set to take delivery of 100 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft ordered at the 2013 Dubai International Airshow by the end of 2023. The two airline s carried 170,476 tonnes of cargo and mail last month, an increase of 12.8% compared to the same month last year. The cargo and mail load factor rose by 4.0 percentage points to 68.3%. Capacity, measured in available cargo/mail tonne kilometres, was up by 4.8% while cargo and mail revenue tonne kilometres (RTKs) increased by 11.3%.
