Worldwide Flight Services has a new owner
Private equity firm LBO France has agreed to sell its ownership of ground handling company Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) to Platinum Equity – a specialist merger, acquisition and operation (M&A&O) company - for an undisclosed sum.
