China's exports declined 25.7 percent year-on-year in February, the fourth straight monthly decline, according to China's General Administration of Customs. China's air cargo volume fell 28 per cent in February from a year earlier because of the global financial crisis, according to the head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Li Jiaxiang. IMF cuts China's growth forecast
The IMF has cut its growth forecast for China's economy to 6.7 per cent this year from 8.5 per cent and called upon Beijing to focus on boosting domestic demand.
