South Africa's Competition Commission has referred eight air cargo carriers to the Competition Tribunal for alleged collusive behaviour that took place over a ten-year period, from 1996 to 2006. Air NZ takes Commission to court
Air New Zealand is taking the country’s Commerce Commission to court in a bid to counter its allegations that 13 airlines colluded in fixing prices in the air cargo market there.
