Amazon adds to fleet with 11 B767s from Delta and WestJet
E-commerce and logistics titan Amazon made its first-ever purchase of Boeing 767-300, bringing in 11 of the aircraft type to expand its global fleet. Virgin Atlantic Cargo has reported revenues of £221 million (US$326 million) for 2014, reflecting another year of resilience in a fluctuating global air cargo market that saw yields decline for the third year in a row.
