WFS wins China Eastern contract in Liege
China Eastern Airlines has extended its partnership with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) with a new contract to handle Boeing 777 cargo-only flights at Liege Airport. The new 3-year agreement will see WFS handling around 32,000 tonnes of cargo each year for the carrier. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced that China Eastern Airlines will host the 78th IATA Annual General Meeting (AGM) and World Air Transport Summit in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, on 19-21 June 2022. JD expands China–US air cargo service
Chinese e-commerce and logistics player JD has launched a new cargo service between Shanghai and New York on August 6, the company’s second China-US service, following the Nanjing-Los Angeles flights commenced on June 7.
