DHL eCommerce has announced plans to build an Outbound Cross-Border eCommerce Distribution Center in Narita, Japan. The facility, expected to be completed by by April 2017, will broaden the range of e-commerce logistics services available to e-tailers and marketplaces operating in the country. DHL eCommerce, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group, is investing €70 million to strengthen its operations to meet the fast-growing demand for e-commerce logistics services in India. Singapore Post (SingPost) officially launched its new S$182 million (US$131 million) Regional eCommerce Logistics Hub today, located at the Tampines Logistics Park in Singapore. The three-story building will cover more than 51,097 sqm and will contain two warehousing floors, 150 simultaneous loading bays and a SingPost office block. Qantas Freight and the Australia Post Group today announced a five-year extension of their international mail air freight agreement.
