Emirates to add belly capacity from MEL next month

Emirates is looking to restore its pre-pandemic capacity to Australia with the resumption of passenger services to Sydney and Melbourne using its Boeing-777 300ER. Melbourne Airport CEO, Lorie Argus, said the added passenger services will provide additional freight opportunities into Asia and the Middle East, with the Boeing 777-300ER capable of accommodating another 22 tonnes of belly freight. Emirates offers free cargo space to support Pakistan

Emirates SkyCargo has set up an air bridge between Dubai and Pakistan to offer free cargo to transport relief aid to people grappling with the damage caused by devastating floods. Emirates links Dubai-Lebanon airbridge for Beirut support

Emirates SkyCargo completed over 10,000 flights from April to June

Emirates SkyCargo operated more than 10,000 cargo flights—a mix of scheduled, ad-hoc and charter operations—in the second quarter of the year, a press release stated. Emirates adds flights to Europe, China, Africa and the Middle East
