The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) panel on dangerous goods voted 11-7 Wednesday against a ban on rechargeable battery shipments on passenger aircraft, according to a report by The Assocated Press (AP). Cargo Committee urges criminalisation for DG abuses
