Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has opened a new cargo terminal at Brussels Airport as it aims to future-proof its operations at the air cargo hub. WFS gains IATA CEIV Pharma Cert in Brussels
Pharma volumes handled by WFS in Brussels rose by some 170% in 2016 and will soar to a new high in 2017. Volumes in the first 10 months of the year have already exceeded three million kilos. WFS wins Singapore Airlines Cargo business in Stockholm
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has won a three-year contract to handle cargo for Singapore Airlines new services from Stockholm. At the end of May, the airline launched five Airbus A350-900 flights a week connecting Singapore and Stockholm via Moscow. Services from Stockholm Arlanda Airport operate every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has acquired Swissport's cargo business at Copenhagen Airport.
